SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

       We ship U.P.S. ground or U.S.P.S unless otherwise requested or the heat/travel time requires us to ship a quicker rate. Most packages shipped to the East Coast via U.P.S.or U.S.P.S. ground, arrive in 1 to 2 days after processing. West Coast orders take 4 -5 days after processing. Please keep in mind the weather factor as far as shipping chocolate goes. When the expected temperature is over 75 degrees we must add cooler packs to your order which in turn adds $5 and also adds a pound to the shipping weight. Also, please consider shipping to an address or work place where someone will be there to receive the package, chocolates do not like to sit outside in the heat. Orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday so that they don't have the chance of sitting in shipping limbo over a weekend. We cannot be responsible for a package once it leaves our facility. Once your order is processed we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its shipping progress and prepare accordingly to receive it. REFUND POLICY

    We're sorry, but we cannot refund our food products. Certain items are difficult for us to ship because of how fragile they are. We try our best to package everything so it arrives in one piece. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can do our best to try and remedy the situation. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied!   Food allergy concerns have grown over the past few years. Kellys Kandy produces products containing, and or may have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, egg, wheat, soy, corn, milk, and artificial flavors and colors. Individuals who are highly sensitive should take this into consideration before consuming our products. Please call or email with any specific concerns before ordering.
